Return and Refund Policy
At Living Waters Apparel, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.
Please review the product description, size guide, color, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we will work to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Sizing issues
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Order cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has been sent to production, we may not be able to cancel or change it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
