All items are made to order. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Processing and Production Time

Most orders are sent to production shortly after purchase. Production time may vary depending on the item, order volume, and fulfillment availability.

Estimated production time is typically 2–5 business days before the order ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days, if selected at checkout

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We currently offer:

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Living Waters Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
